From Member to Board:

Our Leadership Pathway

We treat every role—from committee member to Board officer—as a step in a clear leadership pathway.

Members can start by volunteering on a project team, move on to become project chairs and directors, and eventually serve as local officers and President.

At each stage, we provide training, mentorship, and feedback so that leadership growth is transparent, structured, and merit-based.
