The LIFE Series is a focused set of leadership and skills-building trainings under JCI Puerto Princesa Oil’s Individual Development program, designed to build members into competent, ethical, and enterprising young leaders in Palawan. Conducted from January to February 2026, these sessions aim to strengthen core competencies such as self-awareness, decision-making, and project management while also enhancing practical capabilities in communication, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.

By combining structured learning pathways with mentorship and clear progression from volunteer to project chair and eventually to board roles, the LIFE Series helps members translate knowledge into concrete action and community impact early in the year. It also supports the chapter’s 2026–2028 strategic goal of providing high-quality leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change and sustain JCI Puerto Princesa Oil as a premier hub for youth leadership in the city.
